The Gua-Shroom ritual is a moment of connection with your Body and for pampering yourself. A tool to release tensions and promote relaxation.
You can use it to gently massage the face, jaw, neck, upper back, or any other area where Stress accumulates and needs a little love.
Tiger's Eye: strength and courage. In TCM, it is assigned to the root chakra and the navel chakra. Known for its harmonizing effect on yin and yang in the meridians. It is said to help center the mind, promote mental clarity, help us solve problems with objectivity and optimism, and not let emotions cloud our judgment.
Dalmatian: grounding and stimulating. TCM literature focuses on its power to combat exhaustion and boredom and as an energizer for depleted Qi. It is often considered a stimulant for the nervous system, a powerful healer of muscles, tendons, and cartilage, and is used to prevent injuries such as strains, sprains, and muscle spasms. The inclusion of Black Tourmaline in its composition acts like mini sponges, absorbing negativity and harmful vibrations from the environment
HOW TO USE
· Warm 3 to 5 drops in the palms of your Hands. Dab gently on your clean and dry skin.
· Hold the stem of the Gua-Shroom and gently press the cap against the skin. Slide the Gua-Shroom upwards from the center of the chin to the earlobe to contour the jawline.
· Start at the nose and work upwards with a sweeping motion along the cheeks and cheekbones, moving towards the ears.
· Start at the inner corner of the eye and gently extend towards the temple.
· Slide upwards along the brow bone, from inside to outside. Remember to always move outwards and repeat the motion 4-5 times on both sides.
